The journal covers a broad range of topics including:

  • Clinical pharmacology and therapeutics

  • Pharmacovigilance and drug safety

  • Clinical trials and evidence-based practice

  • Pharmaceutical care and patient-centered pharmacy services

  • Health policy and outcomes research related to pharmacy

EJCP aims to bridge the gap between research and practice, with a strong European identity and global readership.

Publisher Transition

Until 2024, the journal was published by Rasgo Editorial S.A. Under their stewardship, EJCP successfully established itself as a trusted source of pharmacy research across Europe.

From 2025 onwards, the publishing rights have been transferred to Kuwait Barcelona Kuwait Scientific Society Rasgo, marking an important step in expanding the journal’s international presence. This transition ensures greater institutional support, improved visibility, and alignment with global publishing standards, while maintaining continuity of editorial quality and scope.

Key Changes with the Transition

  • Publisher Name: Changed from Rasgo Editorial S.A. to Kuwait Barcelona Kuwait Scientific Society Rasgo.

  • Editorial Continuity: The core editorial board remains intact, with no significant changes in leadership or peer review policy. Updates and new appointments will be reflected transparently on the journal’s website.

  • ISSN & Scope: The print and electronic ISSNs remain unchanged, and the scope of the journal continues to focus on clinical pharmacy without deviation.

  • Website: The official site https://farmclin.es/ now reflects the new publisher’s details.

  • Transition Year: The transition occurred in 2025, with Volume 15, Issue 1 as the first issue under the new publisher.

  • Reason for Change: The change was initiated to broaden the journal’s reach, strengthen international collaboration, and enhance indexing opportunities in major scientific databases.

  • Copyright & Permissions: From 2025 onward, copyright and permissions are managed by the new publisher, Kuwait Barcelona Kuwait Scientific Society Rasgo.

This change represents not just a new publishing partnership but also a commitment to expanding the journal’s visibility and continuing to serve the pharmacy and healthcare research community with rigor and integrity.
